On October 18th from 1pm - 3:30pm, join us for Expressive Arts Therapy Group. *Advanced sign up is required for this one!* Creativity is a basic human need, and creative expression can help regulate the nervous system while connecting us to ourselves and others. Join intern counselor Bree Bird in exploring how creativity and expression can support mental health and well-being. Together, we’ll explore mental health and well-being through expressive arts, using drawing, painting, sewing, building, collage, singing, dancing, writing, and other forms of creative expression that may arise. A mix of facilitated exercises and personal freedom of expression will be used.
On October 24th from 10am - 12pm we will have our ALL AGES Open Studio as well as a gallery of our Cosplay Clubs costumes! Fiddle Leaf Cafe will be hosting their annual Pumpkin Carving Contest after Open Studio so be sure to stick around for that too!
The next Fermentation Workshop with Sara Rio on October 25th from 1pm - 2:30pm will be making Ruby Curtido; a Salvadorian coleslaw with red cabbage and jalapenos!
