Expressive Arts Therapy Group

Join intern counselor Bree Bird in exploring how creativity and expression can support mental health and well-being.

Our FREE expressive arts therapy group sessions are open to the public for ages 16+ and no prior experience with therapy is needed. Creativity is a basic human need, and creative expression can help regulate the nervous system while connecting us to ourselves and others.

Together, we’ll explore mental health and well-being through expressive arts, using drawing, painting, sewing, building, collage, singing, dancing, writing, and other forms of creative expression that may arise. A mix of facilitated exercises and personal freedom of expression will be used.

Please check our latest event calendar for upcoming group session dates.

How do I sign-up?

Space is limited to keep the group supportive, hands-on, and relaxed. Registration is first-come, first-served via the sign up form linked below and will close once the group is full. The first registrants will receive an email from the host, Bree, and must respond within 48 hours to confirm their spot.

If no response is received within that timeframe, the spot will be offered to the next person on the list. If you do not make it into this session, you will be added to the waitlist and given priority notification when the next session is announced.
